When Courage

War leaves deep scars — both visible and invisible. When Ukrainian defenders return from combat with severe physical injuries and trauma, the journey of rehabilitation is intensely challenging.
Ukraine Warriors is a ground-breaking initiative created by Surfivor in close alliance with the Netherlands for Ukraine Foundation (NL4UA). Together, we bring wounded Ukrainian war veterans to the Surfivor Home Base on the coast of Julianadorp, the Netherlands, for an immersive adaptive surf and ocean therapy experience.
This is not a day off. It is an arena of raw courage, mental resilience, and mutual respect.
